The running coach of running by hs-hardlooptrainer organizes running groups at various levels. The PAC running group on Tuesday and Thursday is a bit more challenging, while the Wednesday and Saturday running groups offer the regular recreational runner the opportunity to benefit from the advantages of a running group without having to become a member of a club.

wednesday toppers

Every Wednesday evening this energetic group trains from 19:00 to approximately 20:00, departing from the parking lot of RVV Blijdorp in Rotterdam. It is a young and ambitious group that is committed to progress and where the social bond within the group is central. Members of the group also have the opportunity to train for free on Saturday.

You can also join a fun running group on Saturday. Around 09:30 we will start from PAC Rotterdam for a running training of about 90 minutes. What makes this group unique is that it is part of a total of 4 running groups that all follow the same schedule. Runners who have booked a course for the Bruggenloop or the Kwart Marathon van Rotterdam regularly join us. We train together in a fun way, with a clear goal in mind. Unfortunately, members of this group are not allowed to participate in the training sessions of the Wednesday group for free.
