Marathon training


As a runner I have been able to gain experience on almost all distances, at home and abroad, half marathons such as the CPC, the "Dreiländerlauf" and also the half of New York, but also the Rotterdam marathon and the New York marathon. This experience is the basis for my training.




From the beginning of January until the marathon weekend in Rotterdam, I train with my group based on a special marathon program. Not everyone in the group runs the marathon, but this schedule can still be followed by everyone, the Tuesday and Thursday training is the same for everyone, the other training sessions are given by everyone based on his / her goal - often in consultation with me - own addition.

Almost every runner in the group uses " Strava " and gives me the opportunity to follow the self-chosen training and progress and where necessary we discuss / consult on this basis. Because I train a small group (max 10 runners per training) you also experience individual guidance during the group training.

My main goal is that you can start the marathon well prepared and without injuries and can run it successfully.




The following package is available especially in preparation for the Rotterdam marathon:


From 1 January to the Rotterdam Marathon you become a member of PAC Rotterdam.

You can train with the group twice a week

You can participate for free in the 4 training runs organized by PAC from 20 to 35 km (5 € per run for non-members).


If you come to train in my group (marathon target time 4:20 - 5:00 am — full is full)


you will receive a special marathon program

You will be guided individually


The costs for this package: one-off € 57.50
