preparing for the quarter marathon or the bridge run ( in collaboration with Golazo )

We - Leo, Jeroen, Marjan and I, all certified running trainers at PAC Rotterdam - help you on Saturday morning to prepare yourself for your big goal - the quarter marathon of Rotterdam or the Bruggenloop Rotterdam.

in collaboration with Golazo - the organization of, among other things, the Rotterdam marathon weekend or the Rotterdam Bridge Run - we organize a 12-week training course from PAC Rotterdam.

the training sessions consist of warming up , running training to improve your running performance , interval training and cooling down . Every week you will receive your "homework" by email, training sessions that you will plan and carry out independently.

Test runs of 5 km or 8 km are also part of the course, these give yourself the opportunity to check are you on track yes or no.

4 trainers are ready to train you, 4 different tempo groups follow a schedule, which makes switching to another level easier

You can easily book these courses during your registration for one of the competitions, you will then be informed by e-mail when your course starts.

The training itself is always on Saturday , 09:30 and starts on the grounds of PAC Rotterdam , Langepad 16
